How do you book a game?
You can book online through our website by selecting one of the tabs at the top, or through the “Book Now” link on our Facebook page.
Select the date you are look at joining us. Then click on the green Available button, on the next page select the time to see what times are available for that day. Green indicates times that are available, White is your current selection and Red is sold out. Once you have selected your time please adjust the quantity of people in your group. Press continue to fill out your information on the next page.

Do I have to pay for everyone all at once?
When you book online, you will be required to pay a deposit, which is the amount for 2 guest to reserve your spot. You may pay for the rest of your group when you arrive.
Is there an age limit?
Escape Rooms: Great for families with kids 10+ years of age (For every 4 kids between 10 and 15 years old there must be at least 1 adult. An Adult is anyone over the age of 18.)
What time are you open until?
Escape Games: Sunday - Thursday last game is at 8pm, Friday-Saturday last game is at 10.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We do on Weekends, come on over during business hours and see if we have any availability!
It is easier to book through our booking page to make sure you get your spot, but walk-ins are certainly welcome.
What is your refund policy?
This is a live event game, and once the booking is confirmed, we cannot accept any cancellations, or give any refunds.
However you can reschedule the game for another time by giving us at least 24 hours notice. All ticket sales are final, no refunds. In the event of a no show or cancellation with in 4 hours of the said game time the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Can I book parties?(Bachelor/ette, bridal, birthdays)
You may bring parties into Qube to play the games, but we don't organize anything on our end.
Are there different difficulty levels?
Each room has different kinds of puzzles, and people tend to think differently. Each room is unique and unto its own. They are all designed to challenge you equally! The success rates are noted in each games description.
Can we eat and drink in the room?
Only water may be brought into the room with you
Is there a dress code?
No, but clothing must be worn at all times.
Are your games wheelchair accessible?
All rooms are wheelchair accessible, but you will still be required to sign a waiver, and accept responsibility should anything happen.
Can you play the Escape Games with 2 people?
Unfortunately after extensive testing we are not able to accommodate 2 player games.
Where can I park?
There is 90-minute free parking on Queen Street and side streets. After 5pm on weekdays and all day weekends there is unlimited free parking. There is also a paid parking lot behind our building on Park Street in Municipal Lot #3. $4 will get you 8 hours of parking time.
Are we really locked in a room?
There will be an emergency exit, but the door you are trying to escape from will really be locked.
Are things going to jump out at me?
Nothing will jump out at you in any of the games.
Can we bring our stuff in with us?
Yes, we recommend you keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. Admission to any of the escape rooms will not be permitted without a signed waiver.
Do you have any deals or are on Groupon?
Check our Facebook for any deals running and we do not use Groupon.
